A new, purpose built, self contained Kindergarten opened this term. The unit is complete with it's own toilets and basins. The teaching area is divided into Lower and Upper Kindergarten classrooms separated by a removable screen. When open it will allow teaching of both classes.

PRE-PREP DEPARTMENT

Children may join us from the age of 2 years in our new purpose built Kindergarten. Parents may choose how many morning or full day sessions they feel are appropriate for their child, gradually building up to full time education in the Reception year. Children then progress through the Pre-Prep department and are prepared for transfer to the Senior school at the age of 7.

Our pupils enjoy a broad and balanced curriculum, which incorporates the National Curriculum programmes of study. In addition to their academic studies children are involved in Harvest Festivals, Christmas productions, Chapel services and in the summer term, a traditional sports day.

We regularly use the facilities in the Senior School including the Gym, Astroturf, Music School, Swimming Pool, Chapel, Computer Room and Dining Room.

The Pre-Prep. School day ends at 3.30 p.m. However parents may take advantage of the After School Care Club which is open until 5.30 p.m. This coincides with the end of the Prep. School day.
