Support Staff

Bursar
Mrs Alison Bennett is responsible for the school's financial matters, estates and administrative issues. With her team she provides the operational support for the teaching staff.

Marketing & Development Manager
Mr John Teather manages the school's marketing. He is also responsible for IT and deals with major fundraising, events coordination, Web Site management, and OD Society admin.

Headmaster's Secretary
Mrs Sarah Burrell supports the Headmaster, and provides contact point for the whole School. For new parents, it will be Sarah who helps guide them through the system.

Pre-Prep Secretary
Mrs. Mitzi Collins is responsible for providing support to the Head of Pre-Prep and its staff. Her multi-faceted role means that she is often the first point of contact for parents who have children in Pre-prep.

Marketing/PR
Mrs Tessa Wansey has a multi-faceted role that includes marketing the School through advertising, press releases, brochures and other print material. She liaises with the Parents' Association and helps co-ordinate social and special events.

Catering Manager
Mr Mike Turner our Chef Manager has over 20 years of experience, including catering for the Queen. He prides himself in producing food of the highest quality, with a team of totally dedicated catering staff.

Finance Officer
Mrs Marianne Gillett is responsible for making sure that our books are up to date! She runs the accounting system and also administrates the staff payroll. So if you want to know anything about money......

Housekeeper
Mrs Celia Rosher is responsible for supervising cleaning staff to ensure that the school is always clean and tidy. She also runs the 'Thrift Shop' which provides a service for parents with an easy way to purchase and exchange pre-used school uniforms.

Caretaker
Mr Edward Toovey is the residential Caretaker whose duties include security, building maintenance, minibus maintenance, setting-up and clearing away for meetings and events.

Maintenance Manager
Mr John Robin has the never-ending task of keeping the School's buildings in working order. He ensures the complex services for modern education are always available, and the classrooms are in good decorative order. He also helps implement the School's Fire policies.

Grounds Manager
Mr Aubrey Rickman is responsible for the upkeep of the extensive grounds. In recent surveys the quality of the grounds came top of the list. In a School with a strong accent on sport, marking out the pitches and maintaining the swimming pool are all part of his responsibilities.
